Best Frisbee out there! August 15, 2008 This is definitely the best dog Frisbee on the market. I just ordered our 4th one for our 8 year old black lab, whose day is not complete until she has worn herself out playing fetch. She prefers this Frisbee over any other retrieving toy. It does not fly like your typical Frisbee, but once you are used to it, you can get just as much distance out of it as you can with the hard plastic ones (although it is almost impossible to throw it straight). The paper label will not last more than 3 throws, but the Frisbee itself lasts for months and sometimes even years, as long as you don't let your dog chew on it.
Best frisbee I've found!! January 8, 2008 I have bought almost every frisbee to play with my 100# lab, and he tends to chew them up quickly during resting time. The nylon ones with the rubber ring are great, but he grabs them by the middle, and within 1 or 2 playing sessions, they are just a ring. These kevlar ones aren't toys, not meant to just sit and chew on (have those who left a negative review found one than can handle this?) I have 2 of these frisbees, and while it took a few throws to toss correctly, they are the only ones still standing out of 10 different brands. I would definitely recommend these to anyone, unless you plan on giving it to your dog to just chew on.
Not worth the money! December 28, 2007 I bought this frisbee thinking it would last at least a few months. It was destroyed in less than 1 week!
bulletproof not dogproof August 3, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
my lab tore this up the 1st day. he loves it, but its a bit flimsy. you cant use it if it is windy out.....it takes off to rooftops or just hits the ground.
Wont last with a pitbull May 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The frisbee was light and easy to throw. The only problem is my dog had it chewed up the very first day because the kevlar wasn't very strong.
