This will not get rid of fleas you already have. HOWEVER This is a great preventative for fleas. If used regurly and as directed, you will not have a flea problem. You will also avoid costly flea meds that your vet will try to sell you.
If you already have fleas, you will need to spray or bomb your house, treat your dog with a good flea shampoo, some Hartz drops, and possibly a Capstar tablet. Make sure to follow all label directions on products.
Hartz works.

I was wary of this product at first because it is so cheap but it seems to work fine. just make sure you read the product name: "once a month flea and tick drops for DOGS" before you give it to your cat!

PLEASE don't use this product on your pet! I've always used Frontline, but got a sample of Hartz. My cat's hair fell out, she kept rubbing her head on the pavement, and a vet trip and medication was required to make her comfortable. Wrote to Hartz with sent back a "sorry!" note -- and a coupon for more of the product. I don't think so....
