You'l never use the rattle, medicine spoons (dropper already in any medicine you buy), and the clippers. The nasal aspirator is ok because it has the release valve, good for cleaning. I also use the thermometer, which is nice and small for rectal temps. Some are very outdated and hard to use: nail clippers, comb. The case is OK,but the items look cheaply made.There are better products on the market.
