Smooth hummus October 6, 2008
I'm so happy I can now make a desent hummus and it come with a handy box to hold all the blades and discs.br /I was also suprised that it came with a mini bowl that fits inside for smaller recipes.
 A Weight Watcher Must Have!! August 29, 2008
I was very impressed with the quality of the product. It is very heavy so it doesn't move around while in use and the 12 cup capacity does a beautiful job slicing and shredding! The one drawback is the small bowl on the inside -- it is very awkward for me. It doesn't give a consistency with the chopping and I find I have to open it frequently to get the big chunks into the blade area. Overall I am very satisfied with the processor and would recommend it for people eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and making juice. I used it this summer for canning my tomatoes, and making peach and strawberry jam. I love KitchenAid products and this was definitely a great value.
