It is not the best design but does what it says it will do. Filters do not last that long.
I had to take the filter out after less than one week because it was clogged.
I would love to review this product, however, I’M STILL WAITING FOR IT! I sent back my incorrect order and have TWICE asked for the correct filters, but as of this writing, nothing. Since there is no phone number anywhere on the website, I figured I try this. Maybe someone can finaly complete my order.

I just love my drinkwell water fountain….well my four cat Do!!!! this carbon cartridge is easy to change and maintain, fresh water every time!!!!
Very easy to change but it doesn’t last long and it could stand to filter a bit better. The water gets pretty cloudy within a week if you don’t skim the surface often.
