I know pets are important no matter what they are, but if that was your only friend, you need to get out more and make real life people friends. Get another hamster and it will help.
Death is simply the end of life. Don't let it bother you. The gerbil was privileged to be alive when it was.Was your gerbil's death a loss, or was it's life a gain? Be happy and celebrate the life your gerbil had.
Get Another Same Color Look Alike And What Ever The Name Was For The One That Died Give Him Same Name Other One Call Him The Same Name And Add 2 To It And You Are Cured. I Went Thru It Many Times.
when are hamster died it was very hard but we got anotherone he wasn't hamie but we love him to.remember you are giving another one a very loving home thats all they want and need
I took a pic of my cat and framed it and next to it I found a poem that I liked and framed that...I put them side by side in my house. It was kinda cathartic..I feel close to him every time I walk by his pic..and I feel I did him right by memorializing him. And dont let anyone make you feel dumb for crying over your lost pet....It IS like losings a family member!!
I know how painful it can be to lose a dear pet. What about making a donation to an animal shelter in your pet's name, or planting a tree for him, as a sort of living monument to him.
