Default Turtle care....?

I have a small turtle I bought on the street in a little tank about a year ago. Since then she has not grown very much and I noticed recently that she is not opening her eyes. I believe she has contracted some kind of infection from bacteria in the water which was not being changed adequately. I have taken over her care and put rocks in the tank so she can have some "dry time". Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do for her eyes? Anything over the counter or home remedy would be appreciated. Thank you.

first of all hunny good for you takeing on a animal whop has not had the best care now time to shiow it proper care, First buy some suppliment to make them wantto eat goto a Pet Smart or a PETCO they hay have the right stuff and buy some ZOOMED REPTI TURTLE EYE DROPS, we bought some for our baby red ear slider and he got healthy right away cleared up the infection, Be sure to check his shell right away for soft spots if he does get him to vet to get him treated for shell rot. It is not good for turtles and can eventually kill them, good luck
