Exclamation Please Help

i have a ball python, and have had it for a few months now but it now has a rectal problem. I think it is swollen, or maybe even relapsed, but all the reptile vets are far away. I heard you should keep it moist and put a water and sugar paste on, but that didnt help.

P.S. I know this can be fatal
