Default How do I care for a Southern Sagebrush Lizard?

We found a male Sagebrush Lizard, we have tried to release him and he will not go. He always runs back to us and climbs up my kids feet. So I guess we need to figure out how to care for him.

drive down the road and let him go.all animals long freedom the most.your lizard is not wanting too be kept in a box or aquarium,trust me
