I am guessing this took place some time ago. I am also guessing the snake wasn't venomous, or otherwise you'd be taking him to the ER for some anti-venom. That said, it's no different than any other puncture wound, such as a pin prick. Keep the area clean, use neosporin or hydrogen peroxide or iodine to clean it off, put on a bandaid, and periodically check the area to make sure it's not getting worse. give it about a week, it should be just about good as new.

Snake bites? Did you identify wether the snake was poisonous or not? the best is definitely send him to a hospital. It depends wether an allergy occurs after the bite, some may last a few days to weeks, with symptoms of swelling, fever, perspiration, etc, while some may not even have any symptoms on them. It varies with the individuals and with the type of snakes

Chances are that the snake was not poisonous. Although it never hurts to take him to the hospital or his docter to have it checked up on. If he has severe symptoms such as swelling in that area, throwing up or nautica, trouble breathing, increased heart rate, hilucination, fatigue, or anything out of the ordinary, then take him to the ER (Emergency Room) or PCC (Poison Control Center). If he little or no symptoms at all, keep the bitten area(s) clean by using hydrogen peroixde, rubbing alcohol, or neosporin, and cover the area with a band aid. If you son starts to experience any mild symptoms, take him to you doctor. The doctor will either give him an antibiotic or antipoison, or he will tell you to wait and see if the symptoms go away.
