I recently ordered a set of these cookie cutters, and the product arrived in a timely fashion, but did receive a bit of damage due most likely to getting bounced around in the mail. I live in Hawaii, and it's a rare parcel that doesn't arrive looking like it's been used as a football. I wasn't going to make an issue of it, but the company contacted me and quickly replaced the one damaged part at no cost to me. I'll buy from them again next time I'm in the market for cookie cutters.
