Default Health department seeks tabby cat last seen in Bellville (News Journal)

MANSFIELD — Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department is looking for a cat implicated in the bite-attack of a 20-year-old woman. The cat is a gray tabby and has orange on its face. It was last seen near 3684 Anderson Road in Bellville on Friday.
