Question too much hydrogen peroxide???

Hello. Yesterday I had to give my puppy hydrogen peroxide in order to make him vomit. He injested a foreign object. It worked like a charm, but now I am concerned that I gave him too much. I read (after the fact) that one teaspoon should have been given. I am not sure how much I gave him but am figuring at least a full tablespoon. He acts fine today but is urinating alot and now has diarrhea. Did I poison him? Will he be ok or should I take him to the vet.
