Customer Review: The best (when you follow instructions and have plenty of water on hand)
The grievences of the previous review can all easily be remedied by re-wetting the product. In fact the application solution that comes with it usually isn't enough, but before invisibleShield began providing the solution (and the plastic applicator), they use to just say make your own with water and a bit of soap (and use your own credit card). That works best. I bought their full body shield for both my Cowon A2 and Nintendo DS and have no real issue with the final results. In both cases I've had to remove and reapply to get is just right and as long as you follow instructions and re-wet the product (detailed text and video instruction are available on their website) and your keep your fingers suffiently wet, everything works out. In fact even if you do get a visible fingerprint on the underside, you can smooth it out with water before applying it -- not too wet of course. Same goes for lint/dust -- remove it with wet fingers.
Customer Review: Overpriced and a waste of money!
I have applied this product to a Creative Zen Vision M 30 Mp3 player and to a Sanyo cell phone. Extremely difficult to align when trying to apply to either Mp3 players, Cell phones and most likely to PDA's. If you get even the tiniest bit of your fingerprint on the tacky side... that's it, it will show up and look terrible. In addition, if the most minescule bit of dust gets on the tacky side... or alternatively on the item you try to apply it to, while you try to apply it, that's it... it will show up and look terrible. Very hard to get air bubbles out even using the supplied "plastic squeegee" Forget trying to re-position the Shield once it's on... it can be done, but stretches as you try to take it off.... then it really looks TERRIBLE! If you use the supplied little bottle of liquid as the instructions suggest, that makes it EVEN MORE IMPOSSIBLE to re-position or, get it off completly. The materiel does resist scratches better than anything on the market that I have tried, but unless you work with it in an absolutely "DUST FREE" area, use a "tweezer not your fingers" to hold it... and don't use the liquid they instruct you to use..... you will just be wasting the money you paid for this OVERPRICED item.
