I really don't know if I should review this. I must say the purchase and refund went really well. The software though I did not open the bought version. The reason for this was I tried the download version and it caused my computer to crash. I had to reload the entire system. When my product arrived I noted that it is set for Pentium IV. I did not notice this anywhere on the site. But I wondered if this is what happened. Because I use AMD processor not Pentium. I am sure the product is a good one.

I had no difficulties with installing this software. It was easy to follow for a novice like me, and it takes care of itself. No problems so far and my computer works faster especially with the email scan. Was a fan of norton until I read the reviews on 2007 update. I am very cautious with trying new software but give this product a thumbs up!
