Customer Review: I Love Bag Balm
I first heard about Bag Balm from one of the girls on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach. She said she uses it for her chapped lips. I don't know how often one would get chapped lips in California, but I live in Chicago, and I definitely know what it feels like to have dry, cracked lips to the point of bleeding. Ever since I started using this daily, I have not had to endure that kind of torture. THANK GOODNESS!!! This product is a miracle, and I cannot believe more people have not discovered it. Tried and true since 1899. I have a couple purse size tins to keep on me and other various places. I'm planning to get the 10oz tin to refill.
Customer Review: INCREDIBLE STUFF!
I recall first hearing about Bag Balm at an adult Scout Leader training retreat. One of the participants started talking about Bag Balm and how he used it for everything from burns to lip balm. Needless to say, I was intrigued and, upon returning from the retreat, did a little more investigating. When I asked my wife whether she had ever heard of the stuff she immediately said that she had and that one of my toddler nephews was then using Bag Balm under a doctor's direction for pesky diaper rash. I then began to question some of my horse riding buddies. They too had heard of it and used it with very positive results. I immediately went out and bought a big tin for my medicine cabinet and a couple of small more portable tins to keep around my office and car and use as lip balm. I couldn't be more pleased. I have used Bag Balm as an excellent lip balm and have used it on minor cuts and abrasions as well. Rubbed directly into the skin. Under Band-Aids. You name it. The stuff, as originally touted by my Scouting friend, seems also to have antibacterial properties. Now, I am not a doctor and I don't play one on TV so please don't take that as some sort of prescription. Putting it in a nutshell, Bag Balm is incredible stuff and it works. I highly recommend it!
