read about horses and find out everything you can about them. work at a stable in exchange for riding lessons. clean stalls and take care of horses for a while then decide whether or not you are ready to own a horse. and save your money. dont expect your parents to pay for everything. horses are extremly expensive and are a lot of responsibility.
