I was very disappointed that this knife was not sharp enough to easily cut through a tomato when it arrived. It's performance improved after I sharpened it, but it quickly became dull again after a couple of uses. I would not recommend this knife to anyone.

u will get to luv this knife as u work with it,its sharp,its well balanced,the grip is very good, and i find the size just right,i've been cooking for 40 plus yrs. its one of my favorites,plus its a great price,so try it,i think you'll be very happy with it,and watch out this knife can bite you,as with any knife your using, be careful. chief'' victor
