One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish is more than a humorous tale about a school of aquatic creatures. Theodor Seuss Geisel enchants youngsters with a fanciful journey into the world of lumped Gumps, bookish Nooks, and boxing Gox. His fresh use of rhyme celebrates the wonders of language and imagination while infusing a love of reading. In the film version, the original story and zany illustrations are left intact, presented in a moving storybook and narrated by Seuss fans of all ages. As a bonus, the 30-minute program also includes the stories "Oh, the Thinks You Can Think!" and "The Foot Book." The trio of tales introduces youngsters to opposites ("Some are old and some are new") and cause and effect ("My shoe is off, my foot is cold"), while giving them permission to ask outrageous questions ("Did you ever fly a kite in bed?"). Wholly entertaining, the film is a suitable companion to a library of Seuss books.

Customer Review: Any more fish and you'd have a full book!
One Fish Two Fish has got to be one of the earliest Begginer Books ever. Now Dr. Seuss's creation comes to life on this delightful video. Hey, I didn't even know I knew that word! Dr. Seuss's whimsical tale of the wonders of life is joined by the books Oh, The Thinks You Can Think, what you could call a suggestion book, and The Foot Book, a book about opposites. This trio makes this video come to life. Buy it!
Customer Review: A big disappointment
This video was not animated like the classic Chuck Jones features such as "The Cat In The Hat" and "The Grinch". My daughter was rather disappointed to see the camera scanning over pages of the books she already owns along with paper cutouts of the characters floating around as a cheap replacement for animation. We give this video a thumbs down.
