Frogs are really fun. Lizards...anoles....turtles...I would personally say snakes...but they get bigger. I have 2 corn snakes...and they were 45 dollars each...but they are relatively simple to take care of.Look into any animal before you make a committment though.Good luck!

What do you think of a hermit crab?My kid had them for years. One would actually come to him when he called it. Buying different shells are fun to do. Just wait until a hermit crab trades shells, and you get to see his skinny little pink butt.

Why don't you try getting a bigger tank for your fish you have already. New "landscaping" and a new look could rejuvinate your existing enjoyement of your fish. There really aren't any other "easy" animals. Possibly a small lizard tank or marine frogs?

African Clawed Frogs are a great complimentary pet to get for a fish tank. When they get big enough, they will eat the fish!

I have never been a fan of caged birds, but since i found a little blue Budgie and put him in a cage with some bird seed, He has been an endless source of ammusement, with his chirping and accrobatics. I have since found out from the internet, that they are easy to mate and care for, I will try to find a mate for him.

I have aquatic turtles... They're not so bad. I've also had newts, and African clawed frogs. Those frogs are cute... The males make the sweetest little chirping sound! Just be careful tho, because if you put one w/ your fish it just might eat them all.

A guinea pig! I have 3 boys right now. They have so much personality, and they are relatively simple to care for too. They do the funniest things...I've never had one that didn't "yell" when it's time for dinner. They're very cool little critters Let us know what you decide!

Rats are easy and don't need tons of space. They will also form a bond with you. Some people think they are gross, diseased, and dirty, and although that is very true with wild rats like sewer rats and farm rats, tame pet rats are clean and cute. They also do not require much maintenance since they will just hang out in the cage.
