yea a fish tank. and if you want to have your betta last long keep its tank airated.

they don't require a bubbler or anything, as they live in small puddles and ponds sometimes. just feed them but do not put in another fish. they will kill it or if it's another beta, they'll fight to the death.

Make sure you keep your betta fish in a tank by itself -- it will eat other fish. You need a purification liquid to make the water suitable for the betta to live in; it should be sold in any pet store. Try Petsmart. Betta fish are pretty easy to care for. Give it a few pieces of the Betta Bites twice a day and turn off the light (if you have one) at night to simulate, well, nighttime.Enjoy your fish!

mine is in a small tank but loves this guppy! they dont fight at all! but they are fighting fish! i give mine bloodworms it is like candy to them but dont over do it! and they love to hide! i put a little plant in mines tank!
