Default Health Benefits of Fish Oil (Omega 3)?
My mom bought these Fish Oil Supplements and I was wondering if I should take them. What do they do for your body? I don't know if age matters, but I'm almost 15. Should I take them?

id ask your doc if you are really concerned or check them out online.omega 3 is also in mayo.
