I have a 3 week old puppy that seems to have developed two small white bumps. One is on her lip and one is on her cheek to right of her nose. Any info would be appreciated. I'm concerned becasue they just seem to have appeared.

It's quite possibly just a bit of puppy acne that should clear up on its own. Make sure, though, not to feed from plastic bowls as they can harbor bacteria and cause issues like your pup is experiencing.
