Stop animal abuse is on a distinguished road
Default dog wondering around and owner does not care?

So there's this dog I think it is still a puppy so last time I took my dog for a walk and I saw this guy trying to get the other dog into his car and he saw that he came to me because I had my dog so the guy just ran away. So they were trying to steal the dog. I took the puppy to the owner and they didn't seem to be interest in the dog. After that we see this dog every single day wondering around I let him play with my doggie but Im really concerned that he would get lost or stolen. Is there anything I can do?? call the police or the shelter im not sure... Im really worry about this dog he is adorable and he loves my female dog who's already fix.

well you have an interesting problem.ask the owners if they would mind giving up their dog. If they say no, take him!

call the shelter or the animal abuse place. For now maybe give him food, shelter in the rain, and water. Keep doing waht you're doing!

If you have an animal control officer in your town,I would call them and let them handle the problem.
