Tip: When she is doing something wrong, don't act out of anger which is easier to do than people think, instead, think about the situation it's in and discipline it properly.

Just a couple of tips.
1:always eat something in front of the dog before you feed it.(this shows the dog your the boss.)
2:Ignore the dog 15mins before leaving her alone and do the same when you return.(this stops the dog getting anxious while your away.)

Hope I can help. If you're getting a puppy, you'll want to feed him three times a day instead of two. don't leave the food out all day. Meal feeding is better. Don't allow your dog on your bed, that too is related to how your dog analyses your relationship compared to a pack relationship. Your dog will need its nails cut and ears cleaned regularly. there usually isn't much to brush on a chiwuawua...what else's your dog needs to be socialized, therefore introduce it to all sorts of situations and people, the experience has to be positive. I strongly recommand tags, in case the dog runs loose. And for the rest, you take it to the vet for its shots and all...Good luck and enjoy!
