My two year old yorkie has brown spots around her eyes almost like freckles they are actually on her skin. I asked the vet and all he told me was that he had never seen this before (which i found unprofessional and rude). These spots are starting to get bigger so im really worried about it.

It's likely just pigment, but, I would seek a second opinion just to be certain.
