Default Black spots?

Hi, we have a chihuahua named Tito lol. She is getting up there in age (around 11 years in human years I believe). Over the last couple of months, I've been watching a black spot SLOWLY GROW. It's around the size of maybe two or three pencil tips now. Now, on the other side of her mouth, she has two more black spots. Her mouth is usually pink with some black pigmentation. Is this something to worry about? Thanks.
