Question Could It Be Cancer?

My cat, Georgie, has had stomache upsets for about 3 weeks now..

Lately it seems her condition has got worse as she has been wheezing through her nose & it definately sounds like it's a struggle for her to breathe..

I recently had the vet around to see what exactly was wrong..
He thinks it may be an allergic reaction to maybe something she ate or maybe a bug but he was unsure about both..

He mentioned if it wasn't either of them or something along those lines it could possibly be cancer..

He gave her an antibiotic & she has been throwing up quite a bit & been shakey in her back legs..

I'm so confused & I just can't sleep at night!!

Someone please help..
