Default Please help! I'm so worried about my Rabbit!

Hello,
I have a Cinnamon rabbit called Willow. She's about four years old. She isn't overweight, and has no health problems.
About two weeks ago, I took her out of her hutch, and noticed that she had soft droppings, which had collected bellow her tail. I believe they may have been caecotrophs. Anyway, I cleaned her up, and read up on it. I found that it can be due to an incorrect diet(?) and the website said to keep her on a diet of cereal and hay.
She seemed fine for a while, and about five days ago, I gave her half a carrot.
I don't know if this is a coincidence, but now she is in a mess again!

What is causing this? And how do I prevent it?
Also, what is the best way to clean it up? (It is beginning to harden, and I need to get it off soon!)
Thanks in advance for your help!

EDIT: Please! The caecotrophs are building up and hardening, and it don't know how to clean them! Please someone, I really need to get it off! I don't know what to do!
