This is serious, it could either be an allergy, and infection or a swelling of the muscle/tissue from an injury. I would strongly suggest you call your vet.Has our horse had this before, or any similar muscular or tissue swelling?Have you changed the grain or grass you are feeding your horse?Have you over worked your horse in collection?Call your vet!Roy W
