firstly,- always if u bring a new fish quarantine it i.e..keep it in a seperate bowl for a week to check whether its free of deseases before introducing them into a community tank...and if u dont do it ur old fishes may catch that desease which ur new fish was having.-feed the fishes max. twice a day intervally.Do not feed it much it will get sick,-clean the tank once a week(if small).introduce sucker fishes it will do ur cleaning task and filters.i think it will suffice ur needs,,for more details....
