NONE

but please just get a tank of at least 6 gallons
icluding a filter and heater.
you can get that for around 45 dollars.
all fish need filters and heaters, so it is essential you get them if you start keeping fish.
ideal fish for a 6 gallon is a betta

Ok, what I suggest is you forget this fish bowl idea and atleast buy a 2.5 - 3 gallon aquarium with many plants, this way you can host as many as 6 small fish and 1 "bigger" one. I suggest you plant a lot of plants in one aquarium then buy 5-6 zebra danios, and a week or 2 later buy a corydora catfish! This should cost you 50 min. if you get good deals. But thats a sacrifice to make for fish!

The only fish that should be kept in a bowl are these : http://bestuff.com/images/images_of_stuff/210x600/pepperidge-farm-goldfish-crackers-17474.jpg

A bowl does not provide adequate space, it lacks a sufficient volume of water to keep any fish healthy, and it is virtually impossible to filter a bowl. Heating it is another issue.

Anybody who tries to tell you that Bettas can live in bowls because that is close to their natural habitat has obviously never seen a rice paddy. They also come from a place where the average temperature rarely gets below 80*F So Bettas are not an option.

Goldfish are heavy waste producers and require at least 20 gallons.

People do keep Goldies and Bettas in bowls - and they think their fish lived a long life when they make a year or more. Pretty sad when you consider that a Betta should live 4-5 years and a Goldfish should make 15-20 years easy....

Absolutely NONE NONE NONE

goldfish grow to be a foot long
and bettas are just not active in a bowl

there is no fish which deserves to be in a fishbowl, much less survive in there

every fish needs a filter at the minimum, most of them also require you to have a heater as well

If you don't want to spent money on a proper tank, don't even get into the fishkeeping hobby

hope that helps
good luck
